Cleaner (Contractual)

We’re hiring energetic, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals to join our team as **Cleaning Subcontractors**. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks tailored to client needs - including routine, deep, move-in/out, and specialty cleanings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean residential homes, commercial spaces, Airbnb units, and post-construction sites
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, and more
- Follow cleaning checklists and specific client instructions
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction
- Report any damages or maintenance concerns to the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Willingness to undergo a background check

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
