We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to lead Quality initiatives on the manufacturing floor, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. This position will be based out of our Manufacturing facility in **Etobicoke**. **Night Shift Hours are between 11:30 PM and 7:30 AM.** **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Lead all Manufacturing Quality Assurance activities on the assigned shift, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards. - Supervise and monitor the performance, behavior, and competency of Production Quality Assurance Associates reporting to this role. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports on the assigned shift. - Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and Quality Compliance standards across Pre-Weighing, Dispensing, Batching, Cleaning & Sanitation, and Packaging operations. - Support and oversee the release of raw materials, packaging components, bulk products, and finished goods. - Verify the availability and accuracy of all required documentation for Compounding and Production operations. - Oversee issuance, usage, and archival of logbooks in accordance with data integrity and regulatory requirements. - Review and approve Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Package Assembly Instructions (PAIs) in the D365 ERP system. - Provide QA support for line trials, equipment qualifications, and process qualifications as required. - Perform testing and validation activities related to D365 system implementations and changes. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and compliance requirements. - Proven experience with GMP, GDP, and Quality Systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy. - Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions under pressure. **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
