Quality Assurance Manager

With your 10+ years of experience in **Quality Assurance, **driving successful outcomes within a manufacturing environment, you will work closely with the production team and senior management to measure the quality of products against industry-specific standards, specifically GMP and HACCP, use statistical analyses to determine how regularly these standards are met, and ensure products or services comply with relevant legislation.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Inspect products or services to determine whether they meet quality standards
- Write detailed reports to explain their results to production managers and corporate leadership
- Hold meetings with production or service managers to gather detailed information about company procedures and practices
- Review company procedures and practices to ensure they comply with required regulations
- Attend meetings with senior management to report on and discuss quality control issues
- Train employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process
- Monitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove those which fail to comply

Qualifications and Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in quality assurance and manufacturing/operations
- Proven ability to implement improvement within established time frames, and sustain improvements
- Demonstrate effective team leadership to engage others and deliver results on time
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Build credibility through relationships, and provide leadership to projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; high energy and results oriented individual
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
