Robinson Solutions, a division of TEAM Group, is seeking a dedicated **Contract Services Coordinator** specializing in the industrial trades to join our TEAM in Montreal, QC

**Pay**
- $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday;
- 09:00am to 05:00pm;
- Flexibility required.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, schedule, and directly oversee all contactor work with stakeholders;
- Create and review company safety plans and pre-task plans;
- Maintain 100% completion of all monthly contractor safety, ISO standards, and environmental PMs;
- Maintain above 91 % all regular contractor monthly PMs;
- Inspect mobile equipment hour readings;
- Create, track, and complete work orders;
- Enter Intelex reports and provide corrective actions;
- Perform and document a safety observation at least once per month, when contractors are on-site;
- Create SFMEAs/PTPs for contract management, conducting risk assessments and ensuring that the most recent versions are being utilized;
- Assist in on boarding new contractors (ISN or Manual Prequal) and perform audits;
- Ensure compliance with company and client health & safety policies, protocols, and procedures;
- Perform minor accounting functions: reconcile crown billing monthly, gather financial data, file expense reports, utilize on-demand tracking systems, and issue purchase orders to contractors;
- Additional duties are assigned.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years of contract service coordinating experience or a similar role;
- In depth knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, with proven ability to interpret TSSA, ESA, etc.;
- Excellent French and English verbal/written communication skills;
- Excellent incident investigation skills;
- Excellent presentation and organization skills;
- Ability to use computer programs and technology to prepare reports, deliver problem solving and training;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to commute to the Montreal site for work.
