Our team is looking for a **full-time** **BD Representative**who is driven to deliver their best work every day and are committed to working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with discipline leads, business development, marketing and sales teammates to curate messaging and technical responses to support account management
- Organize and monitor all stages of business development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or Management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements
- Prepare detailed reports, memos, and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- General Business Development tasks (supporting proposals, attending meetings, etc.)
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting outreach messages
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
- Attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving
- Technical understanding of the engineering industry an asset
