**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory and Supply Management**: Ensure optimal inventory levels through precise ordering and stock management, conducting regular audits to minimize waste and reduce loss.

**Talent Acquisition and Development**: Recruit, train, and manage team members; foster a positive work environment by scheduling staff effectively and monitoring performance for continuous improvement.

**Customer Relations and Quality Assurance**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, uphold all health and safety regulations, and ensure that customer interactions reflect the high standards of Chick-fil-A.

**Vendor and Supplier Coordination**: Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to secure quality food and other essentials.

**Operational Excellence**: Maintain the highest standards of service and product consistency, closely monitoring food quality and presentation.

**Financial Management**: Prepare and analyze financial reports to optimize operational efficiency, and identify and implement cost-saving measures.

**Performance and Compliance Reporting**: Generate detailed reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position within the food service or restaurant sector.

**Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Financial Acumen**: Proficient in analyzing financial data to drive informed decisions and enhance profitability.

**Customer Service**: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Compliance Knowledge**: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control standards in the food industry.
