- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- A knack for organization and stellar time management.
- Strong communication skills, adept at liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability, with the readiness to handle fluctuating business demands.
- A valid G License and personal vehicle for local travel within KW.

**What will your SPECIFIC duties encompass?**

As the Executive Assistant at Koebel's Roofing, you will:

- Pilot intricate scheduling and deep-dive calendar management.
- Become the go-to communication bridge between the president, clients, and internal teams.
- Offer support in formulating impactful presentations and in-depth reports.
- Play a pivotal role in the realms of bookkeeping, business development, and personal assistance to the executive team.

**What can you EXPECT in this role?**
- Flexibility with a part-time schedule, clocking in about 20 hours each week, with the expectation to ramp up during peak season.
- The privilege of joining a team that's fixated on achieving groundbreaking goals.
- Compensation ranges from $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
- The ability to work remotely from your home in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, or Guelph region (must be available for some in-person support and assistance)
