DWCC is a fast-paced SaaS consultancy which works with some of the most exciting and relevant software companies. We've been very successful in scaling our business internationally over the past 12 years and are now looking to grow our Canadian team in our new office in downtown Montreal.

As we continue to grow, DWCC is looking for a dynamic Sales Operation & Training Specialist to support and help scale the development of our revenue-generating and revenue-retaining teams.

You’ll work to directly support the Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams by providing insights, training and enabling teams to enhance their knowledge, skills and performance.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have the opportunity to not only work on optimizing sales processes but also design and implement sales training and development programs that will benefit our new hires and employees. This is the perfect opportunity for a Sales Operations or Business Development professional looking to expand their skill set into a broader leadership position at a growing company.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales, or related experience
- 2+ years working experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning
- Experience with configuring and using sales technologies is a bonus e.g. SalesLoft, Outreach, Klenty, Gong
- Experience within the SaaS industry
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and changing systems / tools
- Experience working proactively, independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (French language is a bonus)

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize the configuration and adoption of our sales tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, etc.) and provide support for documentation and training.
- Plan, develop and deliver employee sales training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives with other departments and external clients
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall learning culture within the organisation
