About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. This role is responsible for supporting Novartis Therapeutic Area (TA) Heads to drive excellence in execution, amplifying the impact of our commercial team, and ultimately accelerate the adoption of Novartis medications to help improve and extend the lives of Canadian patients. The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and efficiency.

This role sits within the Sales Operations Team and reports to the Sales Operations Lead.

**About the Role**:
**Responsabilités clées**:

- Définition des objectifs : Diriger le processus de définition des objectifs en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des parties prenantes. Assurer une communication efficace des objectifs, en temps voulu, à chaque cycle
- Planification et versement des incitations : Élaborer et faire évoluer les plans d'incitation qui induisent un changement de comportement sur le terrain et récompensent les meilleurs performeurs. Compléter et superviser le processus de versement
- Ciblage et segmentation : Diriger le processus de ciblage des professionnels de santé (HCP), en travaillant avec les parties prenantes pour assurer l'exactitude et faciliter la planification des visites clients. Soutenir les TAs dans la mise en œuvre de la segmentation des HCP
- Dimensionnement et alignement de la force de vente : Superviser la conception des territoires, le dimensionnement et l'alignement de la force de vente
- Génération de perceptions stratégiques: Générer et communiquer des perceptions stratégiques liés aux opérations de vente, et des recommandations à la direction des TAs pour améliorer l'efficacité commerciale
- Analyse comparative : Comparer la performance de l'engagement local sur le terrain avec les 11 meilleurs pays et générer des initiatives d'amélioration continue
- Simplification et automatisation : Simplifier les processus des opérations de vente pour une plus grande automatisation, assurance qualité et triangulation
- Qualité et exactitude des données : Effectuer des vérifications régulières pour assurer la qualité et l'exactitude des données

**Exigences essentielles**:

- Plus de 3 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique canadienne, de préférence dans l'efficacité de la force de vente ou l'analyse
- Solide sens des affaires, pensée critique, priorisation, compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise de PowerBI, Salesforce, Veeva, Excel, et compréhension des ensembles de données IQVIA (par exemple, TSA, Xponent, GPM, Compuscript)
- Expérience de travail interfonctionnel, y compris la gestion des fournisseurs
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou supérieur

**Exigences souhaitables**:

- Maîtrise des outils / langages tels que Dataiku, Python et SQL
- Bilingue (français/anglais)
