- Overview:
As a key contributor in the S&OP process, you'll play a fundamental role in supporting the synchronization of sales projections and Capacity planning, laying the groundwork for efficient business operations. If you're passionate about navigating the synergy between sales and operational strategies, this role is your gateway to a fulfilling career in S&OP.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing Sales Data and network capacity to support demand forecasting and network planning activities.- Actively participate in the 4 stages of the S&OP process monthly- Sales Plan and Forecast alignment.- Delivery Capacity revision- Gap Assessment- Executive sign-Off- Support the S&OP process under the guidance of S&OP manager, aiding in the development, documentation, and improvement of planning procedures.- Help in generating reports, preparing presentations, and documenting meeting outcomes related to- S&OP activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, share insights, and contribute to discussions on demand forecasting, and operational planning.- Engage in training sessions and skill development opportunities to enhance knowledge of S&OP principles, tools, and methodologies.- Participate in the Command Center initiative During Peak and Prime season.- Work hand in hand with the Network planning team to ensure that the S&OP requirement lines up with our network capacity.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Data analysis, or a related field.- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts- Proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to learn new software and analytical techniques.- Bilingual (French and English) is needed since you will have to communicate with people all around Canada- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate within a team environment.- Passion for the interplay between sales, operation, and Logistics- Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Ability to handle data accurately and pay attention to details while working on various projects.
