**Community and Social Media Manager**

Quantfury (Canada), a fintech company that develops and supports one of the world's fastest-growing online trading platforms with a monthly trading volume in excess of $10 billion dollars, is looking for a Community and Social Media Manager to join our team.

As a Community and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing the company's social media strategy across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Creating and curating engaging social media content to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
- Managing the company's online communities, including social media, forums, and other online platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media and community engagement metrics to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and community management, as well as experience creating and executing social media campaigns. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools is also a plus. You should be a creative thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and work independently or as part of a team.
