**This is an in-office position, based out of the Toronto, ON (118 Avenue Rd) office. At Indeed Labs, we do offer flexible work options based on business needs and demands.**
**What you’ll be doing**:
Social Media Management
- An expert storyteller who is able to create engaging social media content that resonates with our target demographic
- Manage multiple social media content calendars: planning, creating, organizing, scheduling, and posting content
- Write, copy, create visuals and schedule social media posts for multiple social media channels
- Collaborate with other content creators to proof any copy needed for social media videos and graphics
- Responsible for promoting our content to a wider audience to achieve growth and engagement
- Manage social media channels in accordance with Social Media Strategy, and be responsible for achieving annual social media goals.
- Work alongside the Director of Digital Marketing to post and manage social responses for optimal engagement
Community Management
- Manage our in-house community online and offline at our events
- Support in user-generated content initiatives, building relationships to secure content and influencer and brand collaborations.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and brand awareness
- Coordinate with Creative and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Data, Reporting, and Analytics
- Create and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on social media efforts, keeping the rest of the team up to speed on initiatives and results
- Work with the Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator) to analyze social media analytics and insights to provide valuable information regarding the content, tweak existing or create new content that produces results
- Analyse content or campaigns, research the latest marketing trends, report findings and provide recommendations to enhance social media strategy
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. registration, attrition, etc)
**Your experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Media/or Creative Production
- Well-versed in Social Media content creation on social media channels (IG and TikTok), Video Production, Product photography, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media best practices
- Minimum 2 Years of professional experience preferred.
- Proven work experience leading and planning community initiatives
- Proven track record on previously gaining a successful and impactful following on social media platforms through content creation
- Proven experience writing copy that is on-brand and platform-specific
- Ability to forecast social media trends and develop a strategy for successful content engagement.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret and report on website and social media traffic and other relevant KPIs
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language
- Passionate about social media, brand identity, photography, and videography
- Familiar with WordPress, Squarespace, Hootsuite, and HubSpot is an asset.
