This role requires interacting with customers every day to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, the Representative will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

**Client Representative Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on the most effective product and service solutions for their needs
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and promote appropriate products and services
- Educate consumers on our clients, packages, and increase sales revenue through demonstration of the benefits of services provided
- Handle every interaction with customers with genuine care, composure and understanding, and deliver customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency
- Accurately document and process customer orders in our systems
- Attend daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes
- Report directly to the Account Management team to establish goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills
- Work towards mastering the assigned duties and achieving outstanding performance
- Embody top professionalism at all times

**Ideal applicant is someone who**:

- Has educational background in Business, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations
- Has proven excellence in communication and customer interaction through 0-3 years of previous experience in customer service, support, sales or client acquisition
- Has excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Passionate about working closely with people and enjoys a dynamic environment
- Empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious and oriented on customer satisfaction
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people through a conversation
- Comfortable going through a Background check upon succeeding through the hiring process
