**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:_
- Support your teammates and contribute to the team’s success
- Prepare menu items daily in line with Leo’s standards
- Maintain the highest food safety standards
- Stay consistent, organized, and detail-focused
- Cook, prep, and close the line until 2:00AM a couple nights a week
- Complete closing duties and keep the kitchen running like a clean, well-oiled machine
- Keep up with Leo’s specials, practices, and manager communications
- Ensure every dish meets Leo’s brand standards for quality and consistency
- Approach your work with pride, ownership, and fun

**What We’re Looking For**
