What You'll Be Doing

Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Support your teammates and contribute to the team's success
• Prepare menu items daily in line with Leo's standards
• Maintain the highest food safety standards
• Stay consistent, organized, and detail-focused
• Cook, prep, and close the line until 2:00AM a couple nights a week
• Complete closing duties and keep the kitchen running like a clean, well-oiled machine
• Keep up with Leo's specials, practices, and manager communications
• Ensure every dish meets Leo's brand standards for quality and consistency
• Approach your work with pride, ownership, and fun

What We're Looking For

Specific Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work a mix of mornings and nights
• Weekend availability is a must
• Reliable transportation is required
• A positive, professional, and accountable attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and goes above and beyond
