**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience in our establishment. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication is essential.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, especially in food preparation areas.
- Provide information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills to perform transactions accurately.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, particularly in food preparation roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
