Concessions/ Event Supervisor

Sodexo Live (Formally known as Centerplate), Scotiabank Center, is seeking a full time Concessions supervisor and a part-time Concessions/Event Supervisor to over look staff during our fast pace events as well as assist the Concourse Manager. As the supervisor you will require to make sure staff are on time, wearing full uniform, cooks are wearing gloves, cleaning and sanitizing their hands as well as the equipment. You will also be responsible to be sure the staff are following our "Close to Open" program as well as completing their open and closing inventory and conducting audits. General/ deep cleaning and lifting will also be required from you. Experience in the restaurant industry is required. Experience in culinary will be considered an asset. Certificate in Serve Right is required but can be completed after hiring. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Night shift - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
