We are currently seeking a **Parts Coordinator** to provide excellent service to our customers and proactively maintain a well-stocked, organized and clean parts department.

**What you bring to the position**:

- Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory replenishment, parts management
- Ability to read assembly drawings
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems considered an asset
- Valid Class G Driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift up to 80lbs
- Previous parts counter experience an asset

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and concerns
- Maintain minimum inventory levels through cycle counts, placing orders, receiving, sorting and putting stock away
- Perform data entry into order system
- Fill and pack orders for projects using assembly drawings and lists
- Organize shipments and deliveries to customers
- Drive to nearby construction sites to deliver required parts
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
