**Site Supervisor**

The Site Supervisor completes project requirements as per plans and specifications on time and on budget in cooperation with the Project Manager, while promoting and enforcing the Health & Safety program.

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Environmental laws and regulations, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
- Review and monitor Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) to ensure compliance to the requirements of the process and safety of the work.
- Represent Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. in dealing with the MOL during on site visits, as required.
- Coordination of site personnel.
- Coordinate with trade contractors for proper sequencing.
- Maintain accurate and concise records of cost codes and be familiar with current and projected costs.
- Verify and audit site costs against budget.
- Manage and foresee potential problems in design/construction.
- Develop, with the involvement of the Project Manager, the overall project schedule.
- Co-ordinate equipment and manpower to achieve schedule requirements.
- Identify potential additional work with Project Manager and track as required.
- Hold regular trade meetings, safety meetings, etc. ensure meeting minutes are recorded, posted, and distributed.
- Review weekly quantity reports for labour cost.
- Continual review of the Contract Drawings to identify discrepancies between the various disciplines.

**Education and Experience**:

- C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET designation.
- Either hold or are eligible for your ‘Gold Seal’ certification
- 10 -15 years’ construction related experience with at least 5 years’ experience supervising large civil projects in the $5~$75 million range.
- Water/Wastewater, High-Rise/Commercial, ICI/Infrastructure (Rails/Airport) Project Experience
- Highly competent with self-performed formwork and concrete
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities
- Ability to effectively manage an hourly workforce and sub-trades.
- Proficiency with MS Office is required.
