Site Supervisor

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7a.m. to 3p.m.

**Hours of work**:40hrs/week

**Location**: 3660 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON L5B 3C4

Open to traveling to other locations in and around the GTA, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Burlington, others as we obtain new developments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet project milestones, monitor progress against established schedules and report to the executive team
- Complete demo suite in coordination with other departments
- Use knowledge of all trades to communicate the scope of work requirements to employed crew and contractors
- Review production by conducting daily site inspections to ensure quality control
- Provide all reporting requirements to the executive team (progress reports, drawing discrepancies, inspection results etc.)
- Resolve day-to-day field issues and provide resolved log to executives
- Coordination of all parties (stakeholders, designers, engineers, crew, contractors, city inspectors, and other inspectors) as necessary to keep projects on time and according to budget
- Review all construction work to ensure it meets drawing and specification requirements
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
- Inspecting construction sites daily to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
- Conduct daily construction safety meeting each morning with all crews
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and business ethics

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Required to bring CSA Approved Steel Toe Shoes
- Previous construction experience in management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
- Adept with various project development software
