Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our demolition projects by accurately assessing costs and providing detailed estimates. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us deliver high-quality results to our clients.

**Duties**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys for materials, labor, and equipment
- Research and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing
- Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate favorable pricing
- Develop comprehensive bid proposals that clearly outline project scope, costs, and timelines
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project requirements
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide ongoing cost analysis

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise cost estimates
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
