Are you a warm, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time role in a patient-centered dental practice? SmileGrove Dental is seeking a friendly and professional **Front Receptionist** to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for our patients.

We are hoping to find someone available on **Tuesdays and Fridays**,with the potential of more hours as the clinic grows. Abeldent experience is an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and confirmations.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming.
- Support the dental team with additional tasks as needed to maintain an efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dental software (experience with Abeldent is a plus).
- Attention to detail and a patient-focused approach.
- Professionalism and a team-oriented mindset.
