Central Oakville Dental Care is looking for a **friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist/Assistant** to join our modern, family-oriented dental office. Our space was designed for comfort, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

**About the Role**

This is a **full-time, permanent position** that blends front desk and occasional clinical duties. You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping patients feel at ease while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and insurance processing
- Support clinical staff with sterilization and occasional chairside tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous **dental reception or assisting experience** (ABELDent experience an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards of care
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
