Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including computerizing documents, filing, and providing front desk support. This position is ideal for someone with experience in administrative or clerical roles, and who possesses excellent customer service and organizational skills.

**Duties**:

- Computerize and maintain documents using Sage/ACCPACC.
- File and organize paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

**Requirements**:

- Bilinguel (French and English)
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role is a plus
- Knowledge of Sage/ACCPACC is a plus.

- Fournir un soutien à la réception en accueillant les visiteurs, en répondant aux appels téléphoniques et en orientant les demandes vers les membres du personnel appropriés.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives générales telles que la photocopie, la numérisation et l'envoi de documents par la poste.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau.

Exigences:

- bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Expérience confirmée dans un rôle administratif ou de bureau
- Solides compétences informatiques, y compris la maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches de manière efficace.
- Souci du détail et de la précision dans tous les travaux effectués
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service ou de l'assistance à la clientèle est un atout.
- La connaissance de Sage/ACCPACC est un atout.
