**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Plan, organize, and evaluate store operations to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels, order stock, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
- Schedule shifts and manage payroll budgets effectively.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve performance goals.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions or events.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
