**About the role**

We are looking to hire a hard working Foreman who is able to lead a team of laborers to perform day to day tasks. You will be responsible for the overall success of various projects and maintaining high quality standards and safety.

**Hourly Pay Range**: $25.00-$40.00/hr.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supervising and providing guidance to the activities of the crew.
- Providing guidance to construction team.
- Reading blueprints and plans to determine layout and placement of materials.
- Estimating materials and equipment required for earth works projects.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**What we’re looking for**
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
