**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure team productivity and morale.
- Utilize construction management software such as Builder Trend for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track financially and schedule-wise.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities accurately.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing insights based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Foster effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a focus on quality control.
- Proficiency in construction management software, particularly Builder Trend
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs effectively.
- Excellent blueprint reading abilities, with a solid understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in accurate project planning.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
