**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in appliances, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment according to schematics and technical manuals.
- Weld components as needed to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
- Build and install new systems or components as required by client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their service needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in appliance repair or related fields such as HVAC or plumbing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- 313D or 313A License required
- G2 or G1 License required
