We are looking for a lead carpenter to join our talented team. These position involve building custom decks, fences, gazebos and other structures from supplied plans and materials. This is a full-time seasonal position that will extend from approximately middle March-late December each year. During the off season some other type of work can be provided for high values employess.

**Duties**:

- Build custom decks and structures
- Framing, deck, rail and roof construction
- Involved with building inspectors and permits
- Maintain a clean worksite
- Interaction with homeowner
- Be flexible to any changes for scoup of work and provide fast decisions
- Material take off and delivery schedules may be require

Qualifications:
Construction experience required (3 years minimum in building decks)
- Must have valid G or G2 drivers license and own transportation
- Good communication skills needed for dealing with management, customers, etc.
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to read plans and have good math skills
- Strong work ethic towards building and expanding the company
- Work well with others and able to take on a leadership role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
