- **Full Job Description**:_

The Lead Carpenter (LC) manages on-site remodeling projects while performing high-level carpentry tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The LC leads and supervises the field crew and subcontractors, communicates effectively within a team, and resolves challenges independently. With a deep understanding of residential construction, the LC consistently delivers exceptional client experiences, upholds company standards, and fosters repeat business and referrals.
- **Are you right for this position? Consider these qualities**:_
- 7-10 years combined experience of Carpenter and/or Lead Carpenter positions.
- Strong organizational skills and able to supervise and schedule all trades, filed crew team members, and all material deliveries.
- Consults with Project Manager to schedule and supervise subcontractors according to project calendar.
- Able to coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain project files and daily logs.
- Reads and understands all plans, specifications, and drawings for each assigned project prior to construction start date.
- Able to think outside the box to save time & cost without sacrificing job quality.
- Able to manage project quality control to reduce errors and omissions.
- Able to perform labor for installation of surface protection, dust walls, demolition, rough carpentry, trim carpentry, minor drywalling and taping, minor flooring, minor tiling.
- Have the knowledge of plumbing, mechanic, and electric tasks.
- Must have a valid drivers license and automobile.
- Must have an expanded inventory of hand and power tools.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
