Urgent Carpenter Helper

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter Helper to join our construction crew. The Carpenter Helper will assist lead carpenters and other tradesmen on various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specifications. This role requires a diligent individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment and contributing effectively to the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters and other tradesmen on construction sites.
- Carry and arrange materials and tools for the crew.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools used on job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
