**Job Title: Wide Format Print & Finishing Specialist**

**About Us**: Caliper Print & Signage Solutions is a leading large format print shop specializing in high-quality print and signage solutions for the live event industry and more. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art equipment and our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Print Operator to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the HP wide-format printers with ONYX RIP software,
- Operate the Matic Chronos Banner Sewing machine
- Operate Multicam Celero 4x10 CNC.
- Maintain print equipment and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Prepare and load print files, ensuring accurate color and print quality.
- Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency.
- Follow print schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to handle and manipulate print media and substrates.
- Good vision and attention to detail.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in operating HP R200 Latex Printer, HP 700 Latex Printer, Multicam Celero 4x10 CNC, and Rolls Roller Applicator.
- Strong understanding of digital printing processes and color management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Print Operator or in a similar role.
- Experience with large format printing and signage production.
- Familiarity with RIP software and design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of print media and substrates.
- Experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment is preferred.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training or certification in digital printing or a related field is a plus.
