The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have:
  • Eligibility to work in Canada: Must have the legal right to work in Canada, such as a valid work permit or permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the HP wide-format printers with ONYX RIP software including the R2000 and R700 printers. 
  • Operate the Matic Chronos Banner Sewing machine
  • Operate Multicam Celero 4x10 CNC.
  • Maintain print equipment and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Prepare and load print files, ensuring accurate color and print quality.
  • Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency.
  • Follow print schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to handle and manipulate print media and substrates.
  • Good vision and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in operating HP R200 Latex Printer, HP 700 Latex Printer, Multicam Celero 4x10 CNC, and Rolls Roller Applicator.
  • Strong understanding of digital printing processes and color management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Print Operator.
  • Experience with large format printing and signage production.
  • Familiarity with RIP software and design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of print media and substrates.
  • Experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training or certification in digital printing or a related field is a plus.
