**The Project Estimator will report directly to the Project Manager and will be performing various tasks.**

**NDO Contracting Inc. is a renovations company in the residential/commercial industry. The applicant must be familiar with working in a high-pressure challenging environment and take direction easily. We specialize in renovation projects from condominiums and custom homes all the way to larger scale projects such as hotel remodeling.**

**Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Traveling Required**:MUST HAVE A VEHICLE**:

- Minimum education - High School Diploma
- Basic background knowledge of flooring renovation projects.
- Minimum of 1-2 years estimator/project coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of various renovation disciplines, scheduling, cost control, quality control, architectural drawings and other documents.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for renovation projects.
- Proficiency in Office and takeoff software is beneficial (e.g. Bluebeam Revu).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with major construction/renovation projects, including liaison with Customers, Sales Reps, Contracting, Installers and Subcontractors.
- Coordinate with sales reps and clients to schedule estimates and meetings.
- Conduct takeoffs and on-site measurements.
- Assist with maintenance of project files and preparation of quotes.
- Update project schedules as directed by project manager.
- Assist with the tracking of project schedule, payments, and progress.
- Issue contracts and quotations as directed by the project manager.
- Understand how to complete several renovation tasks in order to better price out potential jobs.
- Assist in creating project schedules and labour plan for individual renovation projects.
- Assist project manager in keeping track of all estimate requests from several locations and following up with clients.
- Work with representatives from each location to ensure project delivery and payments are accurate and timely.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

**Salary **+ **Commission Pay**

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
