**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Utilize construction estimating software, such as Plan Swift, to create comprehensive estimates
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify potential cost factors
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Present estimates to management and clients, explaining the basis of the estimate and any assumptions made

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Proficient in Drywall construction estimating techniques and methodologies
- Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with construction project management processes and procedures
- Familiarity with software tools such as Plan Swift for document management and collaboration

**Requirements**:
Experience in the construction field

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Planswift, Gmail, and Outlook

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
