**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage rebuild and restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and labourers, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate estimates using Xactimate and controlling costs effectively.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating timelines for all phases of the project and ensuring timely completion.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project, making informed decisions to minimize delays and maintain quality.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Utilize knowledge of building materials, tools, and construction methods to guide project execution and provide technical support to the team.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in restoration (e.g., IICRC certifications for water damage, mould remediation) is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in emergency response, restoration projects, particularly in renovations, mould remediation, and water damage restoration.
- Proficiency in using Xactimate for estimating purposes.
- Hands-on experience in the construction or restoration industry, understanding the technical aspects of various trades.
- Solid knowledge of building materials, tools, products, construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
- Exhibits strong sales, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and project management abilities.
- Demonstrates the capability to multitask and effectively oversee/manage multiple projects under pressure, tight deadlines, and with little to no supervision.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- North York, ON M9L 1R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Emergency Response and Restoration: 3 years (required)

**Work location**:

- In person

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
