**The Position**

**Essential Duties**:

- Network with potential National Account customers to secure business opportunities;
- Coordinate the delivery of services to existing National Account customers to ensure their satisfaction resulting in the renewal of contracts;
- Propose and coordinate additional services with existing customers to drive profits;
- Act as a liaison between National Accounts and JAN-PRO Regional Offices;
- Evaluate customers’ needs and design service programs to meet them;
- Prepare service proposals in collaboration with Regional offices and Executive group and help negotiate contracts;
- Resolve customer service issues to meet corporate benchmarks;
- Manage work-order resolution process through Online Management System;
- Coordinate and manage company response and resolution of service deficiencies with Regional offices;
- Coordinate all emergency or additional service request for national account clients;
- Prepare monthly National Accounts performance reports for Executive group;
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Regional offices reflecting performance;
- Coordinate onsite audit schedule to ensure brand compliance and contractual commitments are achieved
- Create and distribute templates for various schedules as required;
- Acquire/Manage sub-contractor companies for regions not serviceable by JAN-PRO;
- Participate in monthly conference calls with clients and/or facility managers;
- Generate and coordinate content for the Company’s social media presence - Facebook, Instagram and social media posts
- Follows all corporate policies
- Performs other related tasks and activities as assigned

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities we’re looking for**:

- Has the ability to **multitask** and **thrive in a fast-paced environment**:

- 3 years experience in sales and/or customer service - with particular emphasis on small & medium sized businesses (demonstrating the **ability to wear multiple hats**)
- **Excellent written and verbal English communication** skills
- **Bilingual in French is a definite asset**:

- Demonstrated results in negotiating and meeting customer’s requirements
- **Strong computer skills**, with particular emphasis on data management, proposal generation and presentations
- Detailed knowledge of software products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM and work order processing software
- Pleasant and professional demeanor on telephone and in person
- **Strong client service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others**:

- Ability to travel within Canada when required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Completion of College/University level of Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong desire to learn and take control of your career
