We are looking for an individual to join our team as an Asian Accounts Sales Manager to sell to our Asian customers in the Canadian market. This position will be based in Vaughan reporting the Director of Asian Sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Deliver sales target agreed upon by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquires and complaints.
- Assisting with Customer collections issue
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain a friendly rapport with stakeholders including customers, key buyers and decision makers.
- Developing new customers while maintaining the existing ones and build larger client base.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Gain an understanding of current and prospective customers’ purchasing needs, habits and buying motives to promote fresh and frozen seafood sales.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 8 years previous experience in sales or other related fields
- Experience in Foods Industry; Seafood would be an asset.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business sense
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong command of language and able to influence others effectively.
- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) speaking is necessary.
- Language: Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Valid driver’s license necessary, G class preferred and access to your own vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
