**Position Overview**:
As a Manager Finance at ITN Food Corporation, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This full-time, on-site role is based in Woodbridge - Vaughan, Greater Toronto Area, Canada. You will manage essential accounting functions and work closely with other departments, contributing to our financial and operational success. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvements to financial processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing reconciliations, managing monthly close activities, and supporting audit processes. You will also ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, assist with financial forecasting, and provide insights to enhance financial decision-making.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 accounting professionals handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting functions.
- Lead and oversee full-cycle AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy, timely reconciliations, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial needs, and collaborate with senior management on budgeting and decision-making.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations (e.g., HST filings, corporate taxes, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend credit terms for customers, set credit limits, and monitor credit risk.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, including 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Canadian GAAP, corporate tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop teams, drive results, and improve processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive insights and support financial decision-making.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
