We provide service throughout Metro Vancouver, and we have dealt with everything from vintage plumbing installations in heritage homes to the latest high-tech installations. We are dedicated to solving the problem quickly by immediately responding to all calls. We serve a wide range of customers - from residential homes to large apartment complexes, restaurants, warehousing, commercial interests.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Oversee and manage job sites
- Networking: Develop relationships with individuals and applicable company contacts (Contractors, Insurance Companies, Architects, etc.) in order to secure projects
- Creating scopes of work and then estimate the revenue and profitability of potential Projects
- Handle client expectations throughout a project and maintain client communication
- Effectively work with various staff and peers to specify project success parameters: such as, task details and scheduling
- Maintain frequent daily contact with technicians on site
- Provide appropriate support to all project participants
- Assist technicians when needed
- Report daily progress to clients and office
- Follow-up with client to ensure satisfaction
- Assess and assure job-site safety and compliance

**Required Skills**:

- Strong initiative and work ethic
- Strong estimating skills across a vast range of construction conditions
- Thorough understanding of other trade functions and their requirements
- Ability to work well with others in high pressure situations
- Deep understanding of safety requirements across many types of work environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to continuously upgrade knowledge, practices, and procedures, and acquire applicable certifications by utilizing multiple learning resources
- Work well with other team members in the company
- Deep knowledge of hand and power tools as well as any applicable outsourced equipment (lifts, etc.)
- Ability to provide comprehensive training to crews
- Plumbing certifications (Plumbing and gas)
- Leadership, Time Management, Organization, Communication
- Experience in service plumbing

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Plumbing Ticket (preferred)
- Gas Ticket (preferred)
