We are looking for new or recent graduates willing to relocate across Canada for training. Relocation assistance is provided. The Role As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a four‑phased program to learn every aspect of our business—from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development. Over 3.5 to 4 years, you’ll build a sales territory, deliver world‑class customer service, and receive guidance from current managers and teammates across Canada. Program Outline Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge and gain hands‑on experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory & pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from customer service to managing large‑scale projects, reading blueprint drawings, and creating quotes. Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, finding new opportunities, selling products, negotiating contracts, expanding the customer base, and creating level 5 customer partnerships. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and run the business while developing leadership competencies and coaching. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to take on a management role at a Canadian Profit Center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma – all disciplines will be considered.
