We are looking for new or recent graduates willing to relocate across Canada for training. Relocation assistance is provided. The Role As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a four‑phased program to learn every aspect of our business—from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development. Over 3.5 to 4 years, you’ll build a sales territory, deliver world‑class customer service, and receive guidance from current managers and teammates across Canada. Program Outline Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge and gain hands‑on experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory & pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from customer service to managing large‑scale projects, reading blueprint drawings, and creating quotes. Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, finding new opportunities, selling products, negotiating contracts, expanding the customer base, and creating level 5 customer partnerships. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and run the business while developing leadership competencies and coaching. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to take on a management role at a Canadian Profit Center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma – all disciplines will be considered. Positive attitude and results‑oriented mindset Desire to continuously learn and grow Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and high integrity Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong interest in sales Valid driver’s licence Additional Information Salary Range – $52,500 + Profit Sharing.
