**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to assist in preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building or equipment.
- Completes other labour tasks such as painting, carpentry and/or equipment assembly when/as required.
- Demonstrates a high level of mechanical aptitude, skill, and urgency when completing repairs.
- Skilled in the use of various hand and power tools. Monitors and maintains spare parts inventory.
- Trouble shooting abilities for work with a wide variety of equipment.
- Perform facility inspections (various locations) to identify and resolve issues, including various repairs.
- Develop/maintain and monitor relationships with contractors, service providers and inspectors.
- Timely delivery and/or pick-up of parts to/from customers/sub-contractors within GTA and Orillia
- Maintains pre/post trip reports, vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Receives materials, parts, and consumables in accordance with defined procedures and legislation.
- Accurate completion of related paperwork, documentation, and records.
- Must be quality oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain positive working relationship when interacting with other plant personnel.
- Adhere to and maintain safe work practices, including WHMIS 2015 requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- **This role requires TDG Certification, a clear driving record (Driver Abstract required) and be over 25-years of age due to insurance requirements.**:

- **This role also requires documented Working At Heights training/ability.**:

- **Reliable personal transportation to travel between locations is required (no public transportation available).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
