Dog Boarding Attendant

North of Woof (Woof's Country Boarding Facility in Schomberg) is currently seeking **part time**boarding attendant for weekends only.

**About**: We are a small home style boarding facility that offers daily outdoor and indoor play space and daily hikes on our 50 acres. We host our boarding in our coach house. This job is all about making our dogs tired, happy and comfortable. We are home style boarding (no kennels) so the space is set up to feel comfortable and as close to an open concept house as we could manage.

**Full Time**: 1-2 Shifts Per Week (Saturdays & Sundays only - 8 Hour Shifts - either 7am - 3pm, 8am -4pm or 9am - 5pm)

**Weekend Day Shifts Entail**:Assisting with feedings, medication administration, overseeing dog play groups, taking dogs on group off leash hikes (groups of 6-8), assisting with client pick ups, helping with cleaning and ensuring the coach house is kept clean and well maintained, inputting health and behavioural notes for dogs, monitoring and overseeing any health and behavioural issues...and of course, giving dogs lots of love and attention.

**Have a dog**?: If you have a dog who is dog friendly and spay/neutered (over 6 months) and up to date on vaccines you are welcome to bring them with you to work as long as they do not interfere with your ability to work your shift.

**Training**: Dog behaviour (pack and solo) and health and wellness training and is provided.
