**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Science of a health related field and at least 5 years of recent experience in a research coordinator position, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP/CCRA) or willingness to obtain within two years of employment (must keep certification active) or Clinical Trials Management Diploma
- Certification in ICH GCP, Division 5, TCPS-2
- Experience in a relevant health care environment
- Enthusiasm for advancing science in the practice of clinical trials research
- Demonstrated skill in managing and organizing multiple projects, with competing deadlines, diverse tasks, and unique challenges and in a constantly changing environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new situations.
- Proven ability of ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, especially with patients and substitute decision makers.
- Excellent written communication, proofreading and editing skills.
- Superior organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and accuracy in a professional and courteous manner.
