The role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator, living in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley area in B.C., to support our growing team. This administrative and coordination role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, working with people, and keeping projects on track. You will help ensure everything runs smoothly — from scheduling and documentation to billing and client communication.
What you will do:
- Coordinate multiple projects at different stages
- Assist the Project Managers to develop project documents such as budgets, schedules, and running reports
- Create new projects in the project management software
- Organize and document project progress on different platforms and ensure project information is always up to date and schedules are accurate
- Onboard new vendors and new sub-contractors
- Obtain building and/or development permits
- Manage the change order processes, estimations, and budget modifications
- Complete safety documentation
- Coordinate with the Project Managers to ensure the project is completed on budget
- Monthly billing
What you bring to Power Pros:
- Cooperative and willing to assist others in the company and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
- Experience in Procore, Sage 300, QuickBooks, and Monday
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Diploma or certificate in office or business administration is an asset
- Experience in a construction company is an asset
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 50 wpm minimum
- Ability to adapt as tasks may change from day to day

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
