The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical systems, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and low voltage systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime during maintenance activities.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for creating and modifying electrical diagrams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to electrical systems promptly.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment, including CNC machines, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their applications in industrial settings.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and understanding electrical systems.
  • Experience with sensors, low voltage systems, and general electrical troubleshooting is essential.
  • Previous exposure to CNC machinery is an advantage.
