**Print Operator (Afternoon Shift)**

**Position Overview**:Full-time Monday - Friday

**Hours of Work**:Afternoon Shift 3:00 - 11:00pm

**Job Duties (include and are not limited to)**:

- Operate wide-format digital printing equipment and supporting machinery independently
- Prepare printers by loading media, calibrating colour, and aligning printheads
- Conduct quality checks during runs, adjusting as needed to ensure high standards
- Follow job specifications and print instructions precisely
- Maintain equipment through basic cleaning and maintenance
- Keep production area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience operating large format or digital print equipment
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software is strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating production software and systems
- Solid understanding of print file preparation and colour matching is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret work orders accurately
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Flexible to work various shifts and occasional overtime as required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
