Georgian Copy & Printers Inc_provides various copy and printing functions, including the sale of black and white copies, color copies, faxing, lamination, graphic arts printing, large format printing and offset printing.
The copy center hours of operation include: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The Associate position may be required to work upto 40 hours per week with occasional weekend shifts.
- Demonstrated selling ability.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign would be an asset.
- Comfort and knowledge working with print and finishing equipment would be an asset.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure that all business is conducted without bias or prejudice.
- Ability to resolve clients concerns in a diplomatic manner.
- Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions, effective time management and work well under pressure.
- Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team. Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as work with print chemicals.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include closing and weekend shifts.
- **Preferred Experience**:_
- 1-2 Years of Retail customer service is required.
- Prior experience in a retail/commercial printing environment is an asset.
