**Company Overview**:
The Look Company specializes in providing event and location branding solutions for Sport, Retail and Commercial customers globally, is looking to hire a creative, self-motivated team player in Digital Print Production on a full-time basis. We are a high energy, fast paced environment and looking to grow our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-Flight, Data Management, Pre-Production Setup
- Pre-flights digital files for potential problems
- Offers graphic design ideas, solutions, and alternatives based on customer input
- Schedules all work to meet customer time requirements, monitors deadlines, and reports conflicts to management to establish priorities BEFORE the jobs are due
- Follows up with Customer Service Representatives on all proofs
- Ensures all design work is approved before going into production
- Outputs digital print files per job specifications
- Coordinates with press operators to ensure that work meets their expectations/requirements
- Follows systems and procedures according to the company manuals
- Provides necessary digital training to sales staff when appropriate
- Rejects poor quality or incorrect jobs and notifies management
- Actively communicates with management and contributes ideas and suggestions to the team to improve the position or the company as a whole
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills are required, including a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best
- At least one year of experience in graphic design and/or digital production
- Experience in a print/marketing environment
