This is a** Permanent Part-Time **position at our **Abbotsford, BC Location**.

This role will work 30 hours per week including weekends.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Daily administrative tasks, distributing messages and mail, managing dealer plates and office equipment
- Data entry
- Any other items, as directed by the Inventory Coordinator

**Qualifications required for the Job are**:

- Charming and assertive
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Highly organized
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a must
- Administrative skills along with caring about the details are important aspects of this role
- An attitude and maturity that positively influences everyone around you
- Professional communication skills
- Good with problem solving
- Ability to focus attention on our customer’s needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
